CIPPO is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management, including bookkeeping and accounting tasks, ensuring financial efficiency, mitigating risks, and fostering team collaboration. What Awaits You in this Role:
Master Financial Management:
- Take charge of preparing and monitoring budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial policies and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with external auditors to ensure seamless audit compliance.
Handle Bookkeeping Tasks:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and general ledger entries.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Conquer Risk Management:
- Partner closely with PMs to conduct regular risk assessments and minimize operational and financial risks.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Your Expertise Matters:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- English Level: C1 or C2.
- Proven track record in financial operations, including bookkeeping, with a maximum of 3 to 4 years of experience.
- Strong command of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and a knack for seamless teamwork
