People & Culture Supervisor

Company Overview
At CIPPO (Child Integrated Psychology Programs Organization), we believe that inclusion begins with the everyday where children are met with understanding, families are empowered, and practitioners are supported to show up with care and clarity.
Our mission is to create neurodiverse-affirmative and developmentally respectful environments across homes, schools, and communities.
As we expand our impact, we are building a culture that honors empathy, adaptability, and thoughtful growth from the inside out.
The People & Culture team sits at the heart of this mission. We design structures, experiences, and pathways that help practitioners and staff thrive professionally and personally, while keeping us all aligned with the impact we seek to make.

Role Purpose
The People & Culture Supervisor ensures that CIPPO’s people practices run smoothly and reflect our values in every interaction. This role bridges day-to-day HR operations with culture-building efforts, supporting recruitment, onboarding, staff wellbeing, internal communication, and community engagement.
The Supervisor also contributes to strengthening CIPPO’s employer brand, making us a workplace where inclusion professionals want to grow, and where culture is lived—not just spoken.

Key Responsibilities
In recruitment and onboarding, the Supervisor manages the full recruitment lifecycle, oversees candidate communication and interview scheduling, prepares onboarding plans and materials, and maintains up-to-date recruitment trackers and records.

In employee experience and HR operations, the Supervisor supports daily HR tasks such as leave tracking, contracts, HR letters, and insurance administration, while ensuring employee files and compliance-related documentation remain accurate.

They respond to employee queries with professionalism and care. In culture, engagement, and events, the Supervisor organizes internal initiatives such as wellness days, retreats, and team bonding, collaborates on internal communications and staff recognition, and contributes to building a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.

In employer branding and community engagement, the Supervisor represents CIPPO at university fairs, career events, and training exhibitions, while supporting outreach efforts to strengthen the talent pipeline and expand the organization’s visibility in education and impact sectors. In learning and development support, the Supervisor coordinates training logistics with the Training & Development Lead, and tracks participation, certification progress, and staff development milestones.
