At CIPPO, we believe that inclusion begins with the everyday—where children are met with understanding, families are empowered, and practitioners are supported to lead with care and clarity. Our mission is to foster developmentally respectful and neurodiverse-affirmative environments across homes, schools, and communities. As we expand our reach, we’re building a culture that honors empathy, adaptability, and thoughtful growth—from the inside out.
The People & Culture team is at the heart of this mission, creating structures and experiences that support practitioners, staff, and leadership in showing up fully, thriving professionally, and remaining aligned with the impact we seek to make. The People & Culture Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring this ecosystem runs smoothly—bridging daily operations with community-building efforts.
The People & Culture Coordinator supports the implementation of day-to-day HR functions and fosters engagement across the organization. From recruitment and onboarding to internal communications and culture initiatives, this role ensures that the employee experience at CIPPO is intentional, inclusive, and aligned with our values. The Coordinator also contributes to CIPPO’s growing employer brand—representing us at events, building outreach partnerships, and helping us find and support the right people for the right roles.
